7-day policy

 

Please use the contact form within 7 days of the arrival of your product and we'll be happy to return, refund or exchange your unused, undamaged product, in it's original packaging.

30-day policy

 

If you run into quality issues with a used item purchase, please use the contact form, within 30 days of purchase, and we'll be happy to exchange the item.

Please note:

 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on clearance or sale items, unless the product is damaged prior to arrival.

After 30 days, we are unable to process any exchange or return for any reason.
